The“Inclusive Finance for the Underrepresented Farmers” (IFU) project team consists of two parts: the executive committee and the performance team.

Under the leadership of the project director and deputy director, it is divided into seven parts: the executive team, the public fundraising team, the non-public fundraising team, the research team, the organizational operation team, the publicity and development team, and the consultant team, with the members of the team being students and alumni from Tsinghua University, Peking University, MIT, University of California, University of Cambridge and other universities in China and abroad with different perspectives of professional knowledge and humanistic care to support the improvement and development of the IFU project, all of them have rich experience in the diverse fields of economics and finance, social practice, local education, etc.
